Plan Commission Agenda- March 3, 2010

Notice is hereby given that the Steuben County Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at 7:00pm in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Steuben County Community Center, 317 S. Wayne, Angola, IN, for consideration of the following agenda:



1. (P-10-02) Phillip & Patricia Zabst petition for primary approval of a minor subdivision of “Zabst Subdivision”. The proposed subdivision will include two (2) lots on twenty (20) acres. Property is located at 5635 S Meridian, Section 23 of Steuben Twp (Map#76-11-23-000-016.000-017),

2. (P-10-03) Jane Gates petitions for primary approval of a minor subdivision of “Gates Acres”. The proposed minor plat will include three (3) lots on eighty (80) acres. Property is located at 570 N 400 E, Section 22 of Scott Twp (Map#76-07-22-000-013.000-016),

3. (P-10-04) Grace Ingledue Trust petitions for primary approval of a minor subdivision of “Grace Ingledue Addition”. The proposed subdivision will include one (1) lot on one and six-tenths (1.6) acres. Property is located at 2270 W 700 S, Section 28 of Steuben Twp (Map#76-11-28-000-016.000-017), &

4. (SE-10-01) Kevin & Jennifer Wall petition for a Special Exception Use for a Mobile Home in an Agricultural Zoning District. A mobile home is considered a Special Exception Use in Agricultural Zones. Property is located at 6032 S 325 W, Section 29 of Steuben Twp (Map #76-11-29-000-001.020-017),

5. An amendment to the Steuben County Plan Commission Rules of Procedure.



The above petitions are on file for public examination in the Plan Commission Office, 317 S Wayne St Ste 3L, Angola, IN. Written statements may be filed with the Steuben County Plan Director and may be considered by the Plan Commission at the public hearing. Interested persons wishing to present their views on a petition will be given the opportunity to do so at the hearing. Hearings on particular petitions may be continued at the discretion of the Plan Commission. Petitions requiring the consideration of the Board of Commissioners or the BZA will be heard at their next regularly scheduled meeting with agenda openings.
