V-10-19 Thomas Road Investments - APPROVED with conditions (3-0)
Semi-truck repair services facility in a General Business Zoning District where that use is neither a permitted nor a special exception use.
Conditions: 1) Facility shall not be open to the general public. 2) No expansion to the existing structure. 3) All outdoor storage shall be in the rear yard, behind the building.
Notes: This was heard before a special meeting of the BZA.
