1.1. ( 1. Z-09-04) JBBM Corporation petitions to rezone a portion of a parcel. Proposed rezoning is from Lake Residential to Local Business. Property is located at 1825 W SR 120, Section 22 of Jamestown Twp (Map #76-03-22-320-203.010-006),
2. (P-09-10) Robert Clark Trust petitions for primary approval of the minor plat of “Clark’s Subdivision”. Minor plat will combine two (2) existing parcels with a combined area of ten (10) acres and create two (2) lots with areas of one (1) acre and nine (9) acres.
