Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Steuben County, Indiana, will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 22, 2010, in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Steuben County Community Center, 317 S Wayne Street, Angola, for consideration of the following agenda:

1. (V-10-19) Thomas Road Investments, LLC petitions for a land-use variance. Variance is for a truck repair services in a General Business Zone where that use is neither a permitted nor a special-exception use. Said use is a special-exception use in a General Industrial Zone (I-2). Property is located at 5850 N 50 W, Section 26 of Jamestown Twp, Map# 76-03-26-000-003.000-006.

The above petitions are on file for public examination in the Plan Commission Office, 317 S Wayne, Ste. 3L, Angola, IN. Written statements may be filed with the Steuben County Plan Director and may be considered by the BZA at the public hearing. Interested persons wishing to present their views on a petition will be given the opportunity to do so at the hearing. Petitions may be continued at the discretion of the BZA. Petitions requiring the consideration of the Board of Commissioners will be heard at the next regularly scheduled meeting, if agenda vacancies permit.
