Notice is hereby given that the Steuben County Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, at 7:00pm in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Steuben County Community Center, 317 S. Wayne, Angola, IN, for consideration of the following agenda:

1. (VE-12-02) Scott & Mary Lou Rode petition for the vacation of a platted alley. Proposed vacation is a twenty (20) feet wide platted alley. 4. (Z-12-03) Steuben County Plan Commission petitions for a zone change for a portion of a two & seventy-six hundredths (2.76) acre parcel. The proposed zone change is from Local Business (LB) to Lake Residence (LR). Property is located west of 3270 W Sycamore Beach Road, Section 8 of Pleasant Twp, Map#76-06-08-410-219.020-011

The above petitions are on file for public examination in the Plan Commission Office, 317 S Wayne St Ste 3H, Angola, IN. Written statements may be filed with the Steuben County Plan Director and may be considered by the Plan Commission at the public hearing. Interested persons wishing to present their views on a petition will be given the opportunity to do so at the hearing. Hearings on particular petitions may be continued at the discretion of the Plan Commission. Petitions requiring the consideration of the Board of Commissioners or the BZA will be heard at their next regularly scheduled meeting with agenda openings.
