Plan Commission Agenda- May 5, 2010

Notice is hereby given that the Steuben County Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at 7:00pm in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Steuben County Community Center, 317 S. Wayne, Angola, IN, for consideration of the following agenda:



1. (P-10-06) Kenneth, Kevin, & Thomas Stoy petition for primary approval of the minor subdivision “Nedele Farm.” The proposed subdivision will create one (1) lot on four and six-tenths (4.6) acres. Property is located at 3960 E 300 N, Section 4 of Scott Twp, Map# 76-07-04-000-013.000-016,

2. (P-10-07) Shawn Stark & Phil Cain petition for primary approval of the major subdivision “Little Long Lake Addition.” The proposed subdivision will create ten (10) lots on sixteen and a half (16.5) acres. Property is located at 9575 E 750 N, Section 16 of Clear Lake Twp, Map# 76-01-16-410-101.000-001,

3. (VPW-10-02) Donna Cooper & Sue & Stephen Boomer petition for the vacation of a public way. Proposed public way to be vacated measures roughly twelve (12) feet by ninety-five (95) feet. Public way is located between 240 & 260 LN 130B Lk George, Section 14 of Jamestown Twp, between Map# 76-03-14-240-105/106.000-006, &

4. (SE-10-03) Ted & Melanie Pollard & Michael Fry petition for a special exception use for a used auto sales business in a general business zoning district. New and used auto sales are a special exception use in general business zoning districts. Property is located at 4835 S Old US 27, Section 14 of Steuben Twp, Map# 76-11-14-330-303.000-017.



The above petitions are on file for public examination in the Plan Commission Office, 317 S Wayne St Ste 3L, Angola, IN. Written statements may be filed with the Steuben County Plan Director and may be considered by the Plan Commission at the public hearing. Interested persons wishing to present their views on a petition will be given the opportunity to do so at the hearing. Hearings on particular petitions may be continued at the discretion of the Plan Commission. Petitions requiring the consideration of the Board of Commissioners or the BZA will be heard at their next regularly scheduled meeting with agenda openings.
