BZA Agenda Revision- April 19, 2010

The applicants have revised their plans, resulting in some changes to the requested variances. Please note the changes to the petition below.

Phil Cain & Shawn Stark petition for two developmental-standard variances for a major subdivision. Variances are for a depth to width ratio of eight and nine-tenths to one (8.9:1) rather than the maximum four to one (4:1) allowed & for zero (0) square feet of recreation area rather than the thirteen thousand five hundred (13,500) square feet required. Property is located at 9575 E 750 N, Section 16 of Clear Twp (Map# 76-01-16-410-101.000-001).
