Review of proposed amendments to the Steuben County Zoning Ordinance regarding: the definition of structures, the definition of basements on sloping lots, additional accessory uses (rain barrels & solar panels), mini/self-storage requirements, & handicapped ramps. 3. Review of proposed amendment to the Steuben County Plan Commission Bylaws concerning a code of ethics. No amendment is slated for a vote at this time, &

4. Review of proposed fee schedule for administrative land divisions & wind energy conversion systems.
