BZA Results- October 13, 2009


The final BZA member voted on the undetermined petitions from the October 13, 2009, BZA Hearing. The vote was conducted at the Steuben County Plan Commission Office with staff and representatives of the petitioners present.

V-09-40A Houghton - Approved (3-2)

Side-yard setback of zero (0) feet rather than the five (5) feet required.
Note: Post-construction variance.

V-09-45 Phillips/BAT Investments - Approved as presented (3-2)
Land-use variance for mini/self-storage garages in a Lake Residential Zoning District.
Conditions: As presented.
