2. V-09-48ABC Stockwell Acres petitions for three developmental standard variances to construct a barn addition and new barn for a confined feed operation. Variances are for a side-yard setback of one hundred sixty-seven (167) feet and front yard setbacks of eighty-two (82) feet and two hundred (200) feet rather than the three hundred (300) feet required. Proposed project is located at 6205 S 600 W, Section 26 of Salem Twp (Map #76-12-26-000-001.000-014).
