Appointments to the Lakes Advisory Board were tabled until the February Hearing

2. (Z-10-01) Jane & Craig Sponseller, Cathy Hasselman, Rebecca Booth, & Royann McClatcher petition for a zone change. The zone change is from Local Business to Residential-1.

Petition forwarded to the Steuben County Board of Commissioners with a Favorable Recommendation (8-0).

3. (P-10-01) John & Patricia Foster petition for primary approval of a minor subdivision. The proposed subdivision will include three (3) lots measuring 1.33, 1.09, and 0.31 acres.

Approved with conditions that the reduced lot size be approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals and there be no deeded lake access. (8-0)

(A-10-01) An amendment to the Steuben County Zoning Ordinance concerning the definition of structures, the definition of basements on a sloping lot, accessory uses, the number of accessory buildings, mini/self-storage warehouses, retaining walls, low-impact home occupations, & handicapped ramps,

6. Review of proposed fee schedule for administrative land divisions & wind conversion systems.

Staff will prepare a fee schedule for a vote at the February Plan Commission Hearing.
