Zoning Ordinance Update- August 17, 2010

An amendment to the Steuben County Zoning Ordinance, (A-10-03), is effective as of Tuesday, August 17, 2010.

The amendment was passed by the Steuben County Board of Commissioners on April 19, 2010, with a delayed effective date.

The amendment adds criteria for developmental standard variances and appeals of decisions.

The updated Zoning Ordinance is currently available on the Home Tab of the Steuben County GIS. It will be available on the official Steuben County Plan Commission website shortly under "Plan Commission documents".
