BZA Results- June 7, 2010

Amend an approved variance from “as-presented” to allow flexibility for building footprints as allowed within the zoning ordinance as it existed at that time
Conditions: As presented.
Notes: Applicant requested flexibility to install larger mini/self-storage garages than were originally presented. The proposed changes meet the requirements of the zoning ordinance as it existed at that time but the land-use variance required the project to be built "as-presented."

Special exception use for a public camp in an agricultural zoning district.
Conditions: 1) Cabins must be removed within 180 days if the proposed use is terminated. 2) Maximum of five (5) fire pits in locations approved by the Plan Director. 3)As presented.
Notes: The Plan Director will consult with fire officials concerning fire pit location. Stroh recused himself from this petition.
