V-10-29 Anthony

(V-10-29) Daniel & Nancy Anthony was heard before the Steuben County Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, May 7, 2010. The vote taken at that time was inconclusive (no majority for or against the petition).

Two BZA members who were not present at the hearing have received a recording for their own review. They will be at the Plan Commission Office on Monday, May 24, 2010, to vote.

Members of the public may be present, but BZA members will not hear any additional evidence.

Results of the vote will be posted here by Monday afternoon.
