Primary approval of the major subdivision "Little Long Lake Addition."
Conditions: Health Department approval of a well & septic plan prior to secondary approval.
Notes: Secondary approval for major subdivisions is heard before the Plan Commission at a public hearing.

Conditions: None.
Notes: Motion was to forward the petition to the Steuben County Board of Commissioners with a Favorable recommendation. That motion did not receive a majority vote of the entire Plan Commission (5 votes) so it is forwarded with no recommendation. It will be heard by the Steuben County Board of Commissioners on Monday, May 17, 2010, or Monday June 7, 2010.
