BZA Results- February 7, 2011


V-11-05 Armstrong Property LLC & Bruce Armstrong - APPROVED as presented with conditions (3-2)
Road-front setback of nineteen & two tenths (19.2) feet rather than the twenty-five (25) feet required.
Conditions: 1)Applicants must sign liability waiver. 2)As presented.
Notes: Addition is two stories high.

V-11-06 Brian & Amy Kaufman - APPROVED (5-0)
Road-front setback of ten & eight tenths (10.8) feet rather than the twenty-five (25) feet required.
Conditions: None.
Notes: Reduced setback is to add a gabled roof. The footprint of the building will remain unchanged.

Side-yard setback of three (3) feet eight (8) inches rather than the five (5) feet required.

Conditions: None.
Notes: Applicants have rotated the building to meet the road-front setback so that variance is no longer necessary.
