Notice is hereby given that the Steuben County Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at 7:00pm in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Steuben County Community Center, 317 S. Wayne, Angola, IN, for consideration of the following agenda:

1. (P-10-18) Bradley & Carmen Shepard petition for primary approval of the minor subdivision “Shepard Subdivision”. The proposed subdivision will create one (1) lot measuring roughly four (4) acres. Property is located at 5863 W 250 S, Section 1 of Salem Twp (Map# 76-12-01-000-010.060-014),

2. (Z-10-10) Steuben County Plan Commission petitions to rezone portions of Lots 7, 8, 9, & 10 of Collins 1st Addition. Proposed zone change is from Agriculture to Lake Residential. Properties are located on the south side of LN 201 Lk Pleasant, Section 18 of Jamestown Twp (Map# 76-03-18-310-307/308/309/310.000-006),

3. (Z-10-11) Steuben County Plan Commission petitions to rezone Lots 1-15 of Collins 2nd Addition. Proposed zone change is from Agriculture to Lake Residential. Properties are located at 500-640 LN 201 Lk Pleasant & on the south side of LN 201 Lk Pleasant, Section 18 of Jamestown Twp (Map# 76-03-18-320-101/102/103/104/201/202/204/205/206/301/302/304/305/306.000-006 & 76-03-18-320-203.010-006),

4. (Z-10-12) Steuben County Plan Commission petitions to rezone Lots 159 through 176 of Lake James Estates West Section 1. Proposed zone change is from Agriculture to Residence-2. Properties are located at 220-260 & 255-295 LN 591 Lk James, 225-240 LN 587 Lk James, & 175 LN 587A Lk James, Section 29 of Jamestown Twp (Map# 76-03-29-420-101/102/103/106/107/108/109/110/111/210/211/212/213/214/215/301/302/303.000-006),

5. A presentation of code enforcement procedures and actions, &

6. Discussion of proposed ordinance amendments and fee schedule amendments. No vote will take place at this time.

The above petitions are on file for public examination in the Plan Commission Office, 317 S Wayne St Ste 3L, Angola, IN. Written statements may be filed with the Steuben County Plan Director and may be considered by the Plan Commission at the public hearing. Interested persons wishing to present their views on a petition will be given the opportunity to do so at the hearing. Hearings on particular petitions may be continued at the discretion of the Plan Commission. Petitions requiring the consideration of the Board of Commissioners or the BZA will be heard at their next regularly scheduled meeting with agenda openings.
